Terms of Service

1. What Cube3 is

Cube3 is a marketplace that helps creators discover sponsorships and brands find creators. We provide tools to publish campaigns, apply, message, negotiate and track collaborations. We are not a party to any deal between a creator and a brand, and we are not an agency, employer or payment provider.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You must be allowed to use Cube3 under the laws of your country, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or business per account; don't impersonate anyone.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at boya16573@gmail.com if you think it has been misused.

3. Stats, verification and matching

• Creators must report audience numbers honestly. Stats you type in are shown as "creator-reported"; stats from an official YouTube/Instagram connection are shown as verified with the date they were read.
• "Ownership verified" means our team confirmed you control the account — not that every number is accurate. Brand verification is a manual review, not a legal or financial guarantee.
• Match scores, price guidance and AI-drafted pitches are tools to help you decide. They are not promises of results, fees or quality. Always review AI drafts before sending.

4. Campaigns, offers and agreements

• Brands must describe campaigns truthfully, including the product, deliverables, budget and requirements.
• When an offer is accepted on Cube3, the agreed fee, deliverables and deadline form an agreement between the creator and the brand. Each side is responsible for meeting it.
• Creators keep ownership of their content unless they agree otherwise with the brand. Usage rights beyond the agreed deliverables should be agreed in writing.

5. Payments and taxes

Cube3 does not currently process payments. Brands pay creators directly under the terms they agree, in the currency shown on the campaign. Each party is responsible for its own invoices, currency conversion and taxes in their own country — for example GST and TDS in India, VAT in the UK/EU, or income tax reporting in the US. Never pay anyone a "registration" or "joining" fee to get a sponsorship — report it to us.

6. Advertising disclosure

Sponsored content must be clearly labelled as advertising under the rules where the creator and audience are — for example the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in India, the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States, the CAP Code / ASA rules in the UK, and consumer-protection law in the EU. Use clear labels such as "#ad", "Sponsored" or the platform's paid-partnership label. Brands must not ask creators to hide that content is paid, and creators must not make claims about a product they can't back up.

7. What's not allowed

• Fake or inflated followers, views or engagement, or bought audiences.
• Scams: asking for fees, OTPs, passwords or bank details; phishing or shortened links hiding their destination.
• Campaigns for products or services that are illegal where the campaign runs or where its audience is, including unlicensed betting/gambling, and misleading financial or health claims.
• Using Cube3 in breach of international sanctions or export laws.
• Harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, threats, or spam and mass unsolicited messages.
• Scraping Cube3, bypassing limits or security, or using another person's data without permission.

8. Reports, restrictions and removal

You can report users, campaigns and messages. We may review reports, close campaigns, and restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where practical we'll tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, email boya16573@gmail.com. You can stop using Cube3 and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Disputes between users

Disagreements about deliverables, quality or payment are between the creator and the brand. We may look at a report and the collaboration record to help, but we are not obliged to resolve disputes or pay any amount.

10. Our liability

Cube3 is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any user, campaign or stat is genuine. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from deals between users, content posted by users, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll give notice in the app before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in a country whose consumer-protection laws give you rights that can't be waived by contract, those rights still apply. Grievances: Cube3 Grievance Officer, boya16573@gmail.com.
